Dear Lynn (Kathy's Broker),

It has been just over two weeks since we have moved into our new home and we feel it is important to tell you about our experiences with our realtor, Kathy Sims.

We purchased a home on Kelekent Lane in April, 2006 but let the seller out of the contract because circumstances caused them to change their mind about selling.

Throughout all this, Kathy represented us. She did whatever she could to assist us in our decision making. She doggedly continued to attempt to find us exactly the home we were looking for even though at times we, ourselves, had given up.

Finally, in August, Kathy called us to see the home we did eventually purchase and actually move into. Naturally, we asked Kathy to handle the sale of our home in Danbury. In her typical professional manner, she coordinated every aspect of the purchase and sale. No detail was ever forgotten. From securing a mortgage, to all the necessary inspections and even the most minor repair, we knew we could count on Kathy.

Our experiences in home buying definitely had its challenges, but our experience with Kathy was one we will never forget. Every opportunity we have, we recommend her to potential buyers & sellers. You are so fortunate to have her on your team and we just wanted tell you that.
